Nuclear Power Plant Krško awarded Emerson Process Management a negotiated contract worth EUR 118,536 for design and spare parts for TCV5477 Fisher valves, with the award decided on 6 June 2026.

AxFlow GesmbH, part of the AxFlow Group, announced its acquisition of VIP Tehnika, a pump sales and service company in Maribor, Slovenia. The deal gives AxFlow a second base for growth in the Balkans and Austria.

Herz, part of the Austrian Herz group, has started building a new production facility at Šmartno pri Litiji, Slovenia, where it makes valves and fittings. The EUR 4 million investment will create 100 jobs and raise production capacity by 50 percent.
