Germany's BEKO TECHNOLOGIES announced a majority stake in Slovenian digital compressed air company CALMS, based in Ljubljana, to strengthen its digital portfolio.

Berthold Marx group acquired shares in Obkov, a Slovenian manufacturer of gas springs, through an acquisition and merger, in April 2025. The deal was advised by ALTIOS Corporate Finance.

Poclain installed two new machines at its Žiri plant in Slovenia, its main valve manufacturing site, making fine machining five times faster and improving flexibility.

Baumüller Dravinja, the Slovenian subsidiary of Baumüller, is completing a new hall in Slovenske Konjice for about five million euros, doubling electrical production capacity and adding sheet metal and logistics space, with occupancy planned for March 2023.
