Em Dip pro team, a Belgrade-based metalworking firm making pressure vessels and metal fabrications, was acquired by Mayekawa Europe in February 2024.

DS Smith agreed to acquire Bosis doo, a Serbian maker of offset cardboard and blister packaging, via a share transaction expected to complete in the second half of its financial year. The deal strengthens its East Europe packaging business.

Smurfit Kappa agreed to buy an integrated packaging business in Belgrade, Serbia, from Kappa Star Group, including the FHB paper mill and Avala Ada corrugated plant. The deal is valued at EUR 133 million.
