Hansgrohe Group opened a new faucet factory in Valjevo, Serbia, on June 27, 2023, built over about a year and a half at a cost of around 85 million euros. The plant will mainly produce hansgrohe-branded products for the European market.

Haitian International is investing around EUR 100 million in a 365,000 m2 plant in Ruma, Serbia, to produce up to 2,500 injection molding machines annually, with construction starting in winter 2022 and completion scheduled for early 2025.
