Boustead Development Partnership, a co-investment partnership of Boustead Projects and Abu Dhabi Investment Council, secured a development contract for an integrated production and warehouse facility in Singapore to be leased long-term to Amcor Flexibles Singapore. The facility is expected to be completed by Q3 2019 and covers about 6,922 square metres GFA.
