Lummus Technology has been awarded a contract by LUKOIL Permnefteorgsintez for a new integrated MTBE and alkylation plant at LUKOIL's refinery in Perm, Russia, using its CD Etherol and CD Alky technologies. The award was announced on 14 January 2022.

VA Tech Wabag secured an engineering and procurement order worth USD 165 million from Amur Gas Chemical Complex in Russia, a SIBUR and Sinopec joint venture. Wabag will supply the integrated wastewater treatment facilities with zero liquid discharge.

Johnson Matthey won a contract from Technoleasing, part of ESN Group, to license its combined reforming methanol technology and Advanced Series Loop for a 3,000 mtpd methanol plant in Skovorodino, Amur Oblast, Russia. The contract includes engineering, equipment and catalyst supply and is subject to a final investment decision by Technoleasing.

Samson's Surgut unit will supply large-diameter pipeline valves for the ZapSibNeftekhim petrochemical complex being built by SIBUR in Tobolsk, Russia. Total contracts with Russian suppliers for the project exceed 220 billion rubles.
