Romanian gas transmission operator Transgaz awarded SUTECH a supply contract for a centrifugal compressor to expand the Jupa compression station in western Romania, for EUR 18,019,725.

German compressor maker BAUER opened its new compressor factory in Ghimbav, Brasov County, Romania, which started production in February 2023 and has 150 employees. The 2022-2032 investment plan exceeds 50 million euros and the plant will reach 28,000 compressors per year.

As part of the first phase at its Sfântu Gheorghe site, Dunapack Rambox installed a Bobst flatbed die cutter with five HQ colours and a six-point Masterfold multipoint gluing machine to raise the complexity and quality of its shelf ready packaging.

ANDRITZ received a turnkey order from MG TEC Industry to supply two complete tissue production lines for its mill in Dej, Romania. Start-up is scheduled for 2020 and 2022.
