Ball Corporation has invested about US$80 million in a 23,000 sq m aluminum can and lid plant in Guarambaré, Paraguay, which began production in December 2019 and creates over 350 jobs.

Ball Corporation plans to build a one-line beverage can and end manufacturing plant in Asunción, Paraguay, with production expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2019 and capacity already contracted under long-term agreements.
