United Pulp and Paper (UPPC), a subsidiary of SCG Thailand, plans to invest 8.5 billion Philippine pesos (about $165 million) in a new corrugated paper machine with 220,000 tons annual capacity in Calumpit, Bulacan, scheduled for production in November 2020.
