Atlas Copco finalized the acquisition of Generator Rental Services Ltd., a specialty power and temperature control rental company in Auckland, New Zealand, with revenues of EUR 23 million.

Meridian Energy has chosen Siemens Gamesa to supply 41 onshore 4.3 MW turbines for the 176 MW Harapaki wind farm in New Zealand, with commissioning expected in 2023. Siemens Gamesa will also provide a 30-year operation and maintenance contract.
