AxFlow's subsidiary Brown Brothers Engineers has acquired SPX Flow Technology New Zealand Ltd., a sales and service organization for APV, Waukesha Cherry-Burrell and other fluid-handling brands, which will be renamed Brown Brothers Engineers Flow Technology Ltd.
