AxFlow Norway acquired Tromek Service AS, a provider of installation, maintenance and repair services for water and wastewater infrastructure in the Trondheim region.

Biowater Technology AS signed a contract to supply and install pumps, valves, instrumentation, mechanical equipment and stainless steel piping for the Kongshaugen wastewater treatment plant in Ålesund, Norway.

Biowater Technology AS was awarded and signed the final contract to supply and install mechanical and process equipment for the Kongshaugen wastewater treatment plant in Ålesund, including pumps, valves, instrumentation and stainless steel piping.

AxFlow Norway Group acquired VA-Prosjekt Midt-Norge AS, a Trondheim supplier of pump stations and elevated reservoirs with 2021 revenue of NOK 77 million. The company continues as a separate subsidiary in the same premises.

AxFlow Norway, part of Axel Johnson International, acquired VA-Prosjekt Midt-Norge, a turnkey provider of water and wastewater infrastructure solutions to municipalities in Norway. The deal was announced on 1 June 2023.

Viking Aqua signed a partnership agreement with AquaBioTech, which will act as RAS supplier for a land-based salmon farm to be built in Gulen, Norway.

AxFlow AS has acquired all shares in Innva AS, a valve supplier based in Skui, Bærum, Norway, effective 29 April 2019. Innva will continue as an independent company with its own logo. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Summa Equity has signed an agreement to acquire Lakers Holding AB, a Nordic group servicing pumps, pumping stations and electrical motors across Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Completion is subject to regulatory approval and expected in October 2018.
