ABB will supply control and apparatus systems, including a distributed control system, switchgear and transformers, for Hydro Energi's pumped storage power plant under construction at Illvatn, Norway. The plant adds a net 107 GWh of yearly renewable power production; financial details were not disclosed.

Siemens Energy received a contract from Aker Solutions to supply electrical transmission, distribution and power management systems for Equinor's Troll West project in the North Sea, which will power Troll B and C from shore via a 150 MW subsea cable. OneSubsea contracted Nexans to design and supply two 120-km power umbilicals for a subsea multiphase compression system at Norske Shell's Ormen Lange gas field in the Norwegian Sea. Nexans will manufacture in Halden, Norway, and installation is planned for 2023.

Coromatic signed a contract with the SUS2023 hospital project in Stavanger, Norway, to deliver three 2MW generator sets and a 22kV high-voltage switchboard for emergency power, valued at about NOK 22 million.
