Axel Johnson International, through its AxFlow business group, acquired Process Partner AS, a Larvik-based Norwegian distributor of process instruments and positive displacement pumps. The deal strengthens AxFlow's fluid handling business in the Nordics.

Ham-Let (Israel-Canada) Ltd., a maker of instrumentation valves and fittings, is buying Norwegian company Norvalve. The deal was reported on 2016-10-20.
