Mamee-Double Decker will invest up to RM150 million in a new production facility using the latest generation of automatic production technology to support export growth to more than 80 countries. The announcement was made by CEO Pierre Pang on April 2, 2024.

Malaysian fast-food packaging printer Interpress Printers ordered an EVO XD flexo printing line from KBA-Flexotecnica, a Koenig & Bauer subsidiary, for new premises in Kuala Lumpur. The press is due on stream by end of 2018.

Oji Holdings will install a new containerboard machine with 450,000 tons per year capacity at GS Paperboard & Packaging in Malaysia, investing about JPY 35 billion for the machine and energy and water treatment equipment. Start-up is expected in April 2021.
