The European Commission cleared Koch's plan to take joint control of a Moroccan phosphate fertilizer plant owned by OCP. KAES Phosphate Holdings, a Koch company, will buy 50% of Jorf Fertilizers Company I (JFC1) from OCP Nutricrops, forming a 50/50 joint venture.
