Atlas Copco completed its acquisition of Presys Co., Ltd, a privately owned Suwon, South Korea maker of vacuum valves for the semiconductor market with 134 employees. The purchase price was not disclosed, and the business joins the Semiconductor Chamber Solutions Division.

Atlas Copco agreed to acquire the cryopump service and distribution business of ZEUS Co., Ltd. in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, which has 59 employees. The purchase price was not disclosed and closing is expected in Q2 2023.

Mecaro, a Korean semiconductor parts and materials maker, signed an agreement to acquire 100% of KVTS, which makes special valves for semiconductor equipment. The signing ceremony was held at Mecaro's Pyeongtaek headquarters on 2 November 2020.
