Danfoss has acquired Palladio Compressors, adding screw compressors for large HVAC/R and industrial heat pump systems using natural and low-GWP refrigerants. The deal was announced on October 1, 2025, with no value disclosed.

Danish axial impeller maker Multi-Wing Group acquired 100% of Italian HVAC&R fan manufacturer VIP Air Empowerment Srl, which was founded in 1985. The Fasolini family owners will remain in the company.

Lu-Ve completed the acquisition of Italia Wanbao-ACC Srl through its subsidiary SEST SpA, with a total planned investment of EUR 8.95 million. The plant will be expanded to make static heat exchangers, and 150 former ACC workers will be hired by June 2024.

Lu-Ve has submitted a binding, conditional proposal to buy Italia Wanbao ACC (WACC), a compressor maker in administration, to convert it to heat exchanger production. The plan involves about EUR 6 million of site investment and partial absorption of the workforce over three years.

Nanjing TICA Thermal Technology formalized the acquisition of the operational branch of Italian ORC maker EXERGY from the Maccaferri Industrial Group, following a September 2019 auction. The new company will operate as EXERGY International S.R.L. near Milan.

Atlas Copco acquired 100% of Eurochiller, a Mortara, Italy industrial cooling and heat treatment systems maker with about 90 employees and roughly EUR 26 million revenue in 2018. Alantra advised the seller Bravo Invest.

Nidec Corporation acquired 100% of CIMA S.p.A., a Vicenza-based maker of commercial motors for ventilation and fans, on July 2, 2018. The deal strengthens Nidec's European commercial motor business.
