Concentric Group has acquired Officine Mazzocco Pagnoni (O.M.P), a pump manufacturer in Funo, Italy, along with its property entity and an 85% stake in Nuova Galvanoplastica. Concentric expects the deal to raise its revenues by more than 35% annually.

Findos, through German vehicle Valeria Gmbh, acquired a 70% majority stake in Brescia-based Omb Saleri, which makes LPG, methane and hydrogen valves for automotive use. Dea Capital sold its 30% stake and the Saleri family sold a 40% stake; founder Paride Saleri keeps a 30% stake and runs the company.

Robert Bosch agreed to sell its vacuum and hydraulic pump business, VH Group, to Weifu High-Technology Group. The unit includes VHIT S.p.A. in Italy, its Wuxi subsidiary in China and certain production facilities in Brazil. Deloitte advised Bosch.
