PepsiCo plans to invest NIS 320 million to expand SodaStream's plant in the Idan Hanegev Industrial Park near Rahat, adding 1,000 jobs to the existing 1,500 staff, and is seeking a NIS 80 million government grant.

MAT Holding will invest 3 million euros in its Israeli subsidiary Dorot to raise production capacity by 30%, modernising the plant, expanding finished-goods storage by over 50% and upgrading the test bench.

Elmo tripled the production capacity of its Israeli facility during 2015 and 2016 as demand for its servo drives grew.
