Plastopil's wholly owned subsidiary completed the purchase of Polishak, a MOPE film maker for flexible packaging based at Nir Yitzhak, for about NIS 22 million plus about NIS 9 million of acquired inventory. Polishak exports about 98% of output mainly to Europe and the US.

CCL Industries agreed to acquire Israel-based label and marking systems producer Nortec International for $9 million in cash and assumed debt, to be rebranded CCL Design Israel.
