Loop and Ester Industries' joint venture ELITe awarded Toyo Engineering India a detailed engineering contract for the Infinite Loop India PET resin plant, designed to produce over 70,000 tonnes of PET resin annually.

A Maire Tecnimont and Tecnimont Private consortium was awarded a lump-sum EPCC contract by Indian Oil Corporation worth about $170 million for a 200,000 tons per year polypropylene plant at the Barauni Refinery in Bihar, with a 30-month schedule.

McDermott's Lummus Technology was awarded a technology contract by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery for the license and basic engineering of two 490 KTA polypropylene plants in Barmer District, Rajasthan, India. The award was reflected in McDermott's third quarter 2018 backlog.

Parcol was awarded a contract in October 2016 to supply critical angle valves for the 40,000 MTPA melamine plant of Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals at Vadodara, India. The project is due for commissioning by Q3 FY 2017-18.
