Cranex Limited received orders worth approximately ₹12.88 crore: a Letter of Award from Larsen & Toubro Limited for two EOT cranes for the Torrent Anuppur project (₹7.95 crore), and a purchase order from Godawari Power & Ispat Limited for a 15-tonne EOT crane with grab bucket (₹4.93 crore).

Schmalz India Pvt. Ltd. officially launched a new 1000 sq m manufacturing unit in Bhosari, Pune, for assembling and localizing vacuum handling systems, with an investment of 15 crores.

Concor placed an order for 10,000 containers with Bhavnagar-based APPL Containers for Rs 477 crore, its largest order to a local firm. APPL was the lowest bidder on the tender.

Elecon Engineering was awarded an order worth Rs 130 crore by Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited to install urea bagging and conveying systems. The work is expected to take about two years.
