Kirloskar Pneumatic Company signed a memorandum of understanding on 21 June 2024 to acquire a 54.55% equity stake in refrigeration firm Systems and Components India for around Rs 15 crore in cash.

Munters has signed an agreement to acquire ZECO Aircon Limited, an Indian air treatment manufacturer headquartered in Gurgaon, for an estimated enterprise value of MSEK 790. The deal is expected to close before year-end and will be financed through existing credit facilities.

Voltas Ltd executed a joint venture agreement on April 30, 2022 with Highly International (Hong Kong) to manufacture inverter compressors, motors and parts in India. Highly International will hold 60 percent, and the JV will have Rs 250 crore of equity capital. Completion is subject to approvals including Press Note 3 clearance.
