Indian Hume Pipe Company secured a work order worth Rs 100.46 crore from Municipal Corporation Bilaspur for augmentation of the Bilaspur water supply distribution system under AMRUT Mission, to be completed within 24 months.

The Indian government intends to sell 99.53 percent equity and management control of Bridge & Roof Company through a strategic sale. The Ministry of Heavy Industries oversees the company.
