Malaysian oil and gas services provider Deleum Berhad completed its acquisition of a 70% stake in Indonesian valve service company PT OSA Industries Indonesia for USD 7 million on June 3, 2025. PT OSA is the exclusive Indonesian channel partner for Baker Hughes valves and operates from Cikarang.

Sumitomo Corporation, through subsidiary Aver Asia (S) Pte Ltd, acquired 100% of PT Resource Equipment Indonesia, a rental and sales provider of large pumps for Indonesian mining sites. The deal enters Sumitomo into the mining pump market in Indonesia.

Deleum Berhad's subsidiary Deleum Services signed a share purchase agreement to acquire a 70% stake in PT OSA Industries Indonesia, a valve supplier and maintenance service provider in Indonesia, for USD 7 million on 5 December 2024.

Deleum Berhad signed a heads of agreement to acquire a 70% stake in OSA Industries Indonesia, a West Java valve repair and supply company, for US$7 million, valuing the target at US$10 million. Due diligence and definitive agreements are still pending.
