US-based Ball Corporation may take an 80% stake in Benepack's European beverage can business, including the majority of the Makó, Hungary plant, for EUR 184 million. Closing is expected in Q1 2026.

Constantia Flexibles has acquired Lászlópack Kft, a Hungarian flexible packaging manufacturer specialising in flexographic printing, with a plant in Komarom. Financial terms were not disclosed.

TUBEX Holding GmbH of Rangendingen, Germany acquired Hungarian packaging manufacturer Mátrametál Kft, which produces aluminium aerosol cans and tubes in Sirok. Terms were not disclosed.

The Waldkirch-based August-Faller-Gruppe, now renamed Faller Packaging, acquired Hungarian company Pharma Print, a maker of folding cartons and package inserts for the pharmaceutical industry. The deal was announced on 2 December 2019.
