Cerberus Capital Management has agreed to acquire a substantial portion of Goodwin plc's Mechanical Engineering Division, including Goodwin Steel Castings, Goodwin International, Noreva, Easat and the Pump Division, for up to about £1.1 billion in cash. Closing is expected in Q1 2027.

The Court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement for Parker's acquisition of aerospace components maker Meggitt became effective on 12 September 2022. The deal value is not stated in the article.

Bombardier's Belfast operation secured a contract to develop and produce a new thrust reverser nacelle component for Airbus's Pratt & Whitney-powered A320neo family. The work is run by its Aerostructures and Engineering Services division.
