Saur Group made a strategic investment in pump monitoring and optimisation company Riventa under a partnership signed the week before November 26, 2019. The deal is intended to strengthen Saur's offering to municipal and industrial customers in France and other markets.

Gimv entered exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in French water network equipment maker Groupe Claire, alongside its management, from majority owner Industries et Finances. Groupe Claire has about 190 staff and annual turnover of around EUR 50 million.
