Coveris has installed a five-layer coextrusion extruder at its Montfaucon plant in France to increase capacity for shrink and stretch hoods with recycled content. The equipment was recently acquired and the site was redesigned to accommodate it.

Owens Corning will invest $50 million to rebuild a glass melter and expand production capacity by 25% at its Chambéry, France, composites plant, with the melter expected to be operational by mid-2018.
