Swiss automotive supplier Autoneum has agreed to acquire France's Trèves Group, a supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation, for an upfront €40 million, with potential earn-out of up to €24 million. The deal is expected to close in early Q1 2027.

ACI Groupe announced the acquisition of JTEKT's hydroelectric pump business in Europe, including the Blois production site and the Chennevières-sur-Marne technical centre. The business will be renamed ENERFLUX and integrated into ACI's Engineering to Product unit.

Chinese appliance group Hisense Home Appliances will acquire 75% of Sanden and inject 175 million euros of capital, with the shareholder change to be approved at the May 7 shareholder meeting. Sanden's only French plant is in Tintenia near Rennes.
