Metso signed an agreement to acquire peristaltic hose pump and progressive cavity pump technologies, with aftermarket parts and service capabilities, from Valmet. The transaction value is undisclosed and closing is expected on October 1, 2026.

Neles Corporation completed its acquisition of the valve and pump businesses of Finland-based Flowrox on 1 November 2021. The deal adds 110 employees and mining and metals flow-control products to Neles.

Neles signed an asset purchase agreement to acquire the valve and pump businesses of Flowrox, with about EUR 30 million of 2020 sales, for EUR 40.9 million in cash plus up to EUR 3 million earn-out. Closing is estimated for November 2021.
