BEMAC Corporation, with Mitsui & Co., signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of The Switch Engineering Oy and its group from Yaskawa Europe Holding. The Vaasa, Finland maker produces permanent magnet machines, DC distribution solutions, high-power AC drives and high-speed induction motors. The price was not disclosed.

Fibox is investing more than EUR 3 million to enlarge its Lempaala, Finland plant and add equipment and automation, with injection molding capacity set to more than double and full completion in two years starting October 2021.
