Schroeder Valves has delivered the first of 36 Schroeder High Pressure Valves for the pump protection systems of a large gas-fired combined-cycle power plant complex under construction in Egypt. The report is dated 2021-04-02.

Egypt's New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA) has ordered a 252 MW wind project from Vestas for the Gulf of Suez 1 site. Vestas will supply and install 70 V105-3.45 MW turbines, provide a three-year service agreement and manage the EPC work.
