AxFlow Holding acquired a majority stake in System Cleaners, an Aalborg-based maker of automatic and manual open plant cleaning systems for the food and beverage industry.

Denmark's Primodan signed an agreement with SPX Flow's Danish subsidiary to take over its yellow cheesemaking activities and technologies. SPX Flow will keep providing aftermarket service to existing customers until the end of 2021.
