Osnabrück-based copper alloy maker cunova agreed a business combination with SPAC SDCL EDGE Acquisition Corp (NYSE: SEDA), listing on the NYSE, while acquiring KME Aerospace from KME Group; combined enterprise value about US$736 million, closing expected Q2 2024.

Triumph Group's Actuation Products and Services business has won a ten-year contract from Diehl Aviation to manufacture fluid flow controls for passenger aircraft such as the Airbus A320 and A330, produced at its Heiligenhaus, Germany facility.

EUROJET Turbo GmbH signed a contract with the NATO Eurofighter & Tornado Management Agency to supply 56 new EJ200 engines for the German Air Force's Tranche 4 Typhoon order. Final assembly will take place at MTU Aero Engines, with deliveries scheduled to begin in 2023.

NOSKE-KAESER Maritime Solutions received an order from the K130 consortium, led by Lürssen, for air conditioning, refrigeration and fire protection systems for five more corvettes for the German Navy. Deliveries of the first components are scheduled for 2019.
