Norfund and AFIG Funds announced the joint acquisition of Nouvelle Mici Embaci, a subsidiary of Carré d'Or Group and a leading packaging maker in Côte d'Ivoire, to modernise operations and expand regionally. Acquisition financing was provided by Bridge Bank and Mauritius Commercial Bank.
