KHS broke ground on a new plant and service center in Kunshan, China, a roughly 10,000 square metre factory with a total investment of about €10 million. The groundbreaking took place October 17, 2019.

Nanjing Ziquan, a Chinese co-packer, installed a second complete hot fill PET bottling line from Sidel to boost Mizone production at its Nanjing plant. The line runs at 36,000 bottles per hour and was reported on 28 February 2018.
