Swiss company Perlen Industrieholding has secured exclusive rights to produce Pulpex's fiber-based paper bottles in Switzerland, Austria, Italy and southern Germany. Perlen is evaluating an industrial implementation, with production potentially starting in 2027.

Perlen Industrieholding AG and its subsidiary Perlen Papier AG entered an exclusive partnership with UK packaging technology firm Pulpex, securing manufacturing rights for fibre-based paper bottles in Switzerland, Austria, Italy and southern Germany. Production may begin in 2027 pending a decision.

Swiss maintenance firms IASA Instandhaltungstechnik AG of Frauenfeld and Robert Hunziker AG of St. Gallen will cooperate closely, both led by owner Thomas Schnyder, offering combined pump, valve and electric motor services.

Burckhardt Compression is cooperating with GRZ Technologies, an EPFL spin-off in Lausanne, to develop a metal-hydride static hydrogen compressor for refuelling stations and energy storage. The compressors are designed for 200, 350 and 700 bar.
