Manitoba Hydro signed a contract with Siemens Canada to install up to twelve replacement generator circuit-breaker systems at its 1,220 MW Kettle Generating Station in Manitoba.

Siemens Energy was selected as single solution supplier for the all-electric 2.1 mtpa Woodfibre LNG terminal near Squamish, British Columbia, covering main refrigeration compressor trains, motors, drives and transformers. The contract value was not disclosed.

ANDRITZ received an order from Mississagi Power Trust, a subsidiary of Evolugen by Brookfield Renewable, for major rehabilitation of the G1 turbine and generator and electrical balance of plant at Red Rock Falls Generation Station in Ontario. Work starts June 2022 with final commissioning expected in April 2023.
