Lepage Millwork agreed to buy luxury window maker Fenêtres MQ from Minnesota-based Andersen. The deal is expected to close in December 2026; terms were not disclosed.

Norbec opened its new CAD 45 million manufacturing plant in Strathroy, Ontario, its first in Ontario, creating 70 jobs to serve Ontario and U.S. Midwest markets.

SheaRock Construction Group will build a 30,000-square-foot facility in the Windsor-Essex area of Ontario to manufacture plastic sewer maintenance shafts, investing about $4.29 million and creating 20 new jobs. The plant is targeted to be fully operational by 2026, producing up to 10,000 units a month.
