ATS Corporation signed a definitive agreement to acquire Paxiom Group, a Montreal-headquartered maker of primary, secondary and end-of-line packaging machines with about 200 employees and roughly $67 million revenue in 2023.

Valstone Corporation acquired Matrix Industrial Control System, a food industry automation provider based in Brampton, Ontario, on September 21, 2023, entering the food and beverage sector.

AFGlobal, a Houston oil and gas OEM, acquired Advanced Measurement Inc., a Calgary-based provider of automation, controls and data management systems, previously a subsidiary of Key Energy Services. The deal was announced July 6, 2017.
