Ebara Corporation signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Brazilian pump maker Germek through its Brazilian subsidiary. The deal is expected to close around the end of January 2026.

Interpump Hydraulics Brasil announced it acquired control of Hidrover Equipamentos Hidráulicos of Flores da Cunha, Rio Grande do Sul, a maker of hydraulic cylinders for construction and agricultural markets. The current partners will keep managing the company.

Ebara Corp has merged its wholly-owned Brazilian subsidiaries Thebe Bombas Hidráulicas and Ebara Indústrias Mecânicas e Comércio into a new company, Ebara Bombas América do Sul. The restructuring was reported in September 2018.
