Pact Group has extended its contract to own, operate, wash and store a crate pool for Woolworths Group for a further 10 years. Current annual revenue from the contract exceeds $50 million, and Woolworths has dropped its option to buy 50% of the Pact entity serving it.

Pact Group extended its crate pooling contract with Woolworths Group for a further 10 years, with Pact owning, operating, washing and storing reusable plastic produce crates. The contract generates annual revenue above $50 million.

Pact Group extended its seven-year crate ownership, washing and pooling contract with Woolworths by 10 years to 2033. The deal is reported as worth more than A$50 million a year, and Woolworths dropped its option to buy half of the Pact entity.

Carlton & United Breweries has appointed BevChain, part of the Linfox group, to run warehousing and metropolitan delivery across its east coast operations at Truganina, Rosehill, Heathwood and Abbotsford. Transition to BevChain will happen site by site as existing arrangements expire.
