Baker Hughes received an order from San Matias Pipeline S.A. for three NovaLT16 gas turbines with centrifugal compressors, plus services, for a compressor station near Allen in Río Negro province, Argentina.

Baker Hughes will supply three NovaLT 16 gas turbines and three centrifugal compressors, with related services, for a compressor station in Río Negro province, Argentina. The equipment will support gas flows from Vaca Muerta to LNG export facilities.

Wärtsilä was selected to supply a gas-fired engine power plant with five 31SG engines for an Argentine petroleum company's oil fields in the Manantiales Behr basin. The plant starts at 57.4 MW, expandable to 90 MW, and is expected to be fully operational in October 2020.
