Ball Corporation announced an expansion of its aluminum can plant in Almirante Brown, Argentina, to raise annual capacity by 30% and create 46 direct jobs. The launch is planned for October 2022.

Ball Corporation will invest US$11.2 million to expand its aluminum can production line at its Burzaco plant in Buenos Aires province, raising productive capacity by 60% and enlarging storage for over 40 million cans. The announcement was made on 28 March 2017.
