Beijing Dayuan acquires JNC Nonwovens (Changshu) from JNC Corporation

Beijing Dayuan Nonwovens Fabric Corp. signed an equity transfer contract to purchase JNC Nonwovens (Changshu) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan's JNC Corporation, located in Changshu Economic and Technological Development Zone. The acquisition is expected to be renamed Dayuan New Material Technology (Changshu) Co., Ltd.
