BMW Group invests €200M in Plant Landshut for electric drive housing production

BMW Group is investing an additional €200 million in its Landshut plant to build a new production hall for aluminium housings for the Neue Klasse electric drive unit. The investment brings total spending at the site since 2020 to around €1 billion, and annual production capacity for aluminium housings will increase by about 30%.
