Neoteks launches nonwoven materials plant in Kireyevsk, Tula region

Neoteks built and launched a new greenfield plant in Kireyevsk, Tula region, producing multi-layer nonwoven materials from spunbond and meltblown polypropylene fibers. The plant has an annual capacity of 16,000 tonnes, with total investment exceeding RUB 970 million, including a RUB 705 million loan from the Federal Industrial Development Fund.
