CONDAT Group acquires Italian lubricants maker KEMNO

CONDAT SA has completed the acquisition of Italian company KEMNO, a specialist in neat and soluble coolants for cold heading and metalworking. The deal closed on 25 September 2020, and CONDAT will create a new subsidiary, CONDAT ITALIA.
